Partner Operations Representative

About the role

Wave is building the first cashless continent in Africa and needs a Partner Operations Representative to keep its payment services reliable and available. Based in Bamako, you will act as the bridge between Wave’s support teams, product engineers, and external partners, ensuring smooth operations across all Wave entities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operationally escalated cases from support teams and communicate resolutions to partners.
• Interpret user information and partner data, including Sigma charts, to drive collections, forecasts, and reconciliations.
• Handle partner communications regarding issues, claims, and outages, and escalate when necessary.
• Draft and publish public announcements under supervision.
• Maintain organized notes and effective communication via Slack and Google Suite.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and other departments to convey precise requirements.

Required profile

• Resourceful, determined, and diligent individual who thrives on getting things done.
• Strong multitasking ability, able to juggle duties such as duty coverage, bug handling, and partner requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
