Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) – Project Management

About the role

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Manager to lead high‑impact consulting projects across the Caribbean region. You will work with issuers, merchants, acquirers, neobanks and fintechs to design and deliver solutions that drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for complex, bespoke consulting engagements.
• Develop project methodologies, storytelling frameworks and data‑driven insights.
• Produce analyses and recommendations that improve client performance and align with payment‑industry P&L priorities.
• Structure governance to ensure timelines and execution quality.
• Collaborate with VCA peers (Implementation Services, Data Science, Practices) and cross‑functional teams such as marketing, sales, risk and innovation.
• Drive VCA strategy across Caribbean markets and build a pipeline of consulting opportunities.

Required profile

• Motivated, analytical professional with strong strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience delivering consulting solutions in payments or related financial services.
