Human Resources Business Partner (Mali)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially‑minded HR leader to join Epiroc’s Mali operations as a Human Resources Business Partner. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping people strategies that drive performance, growth and safety in a fast‑paced multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and drive a high‑performance culture.
• Lead talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion, ensuring gender‑balanced and diverse teams.
• Oversee organisational design, workforce planning and ensure full compliance with Mali labour legislation.
• Manage employee relations and provide expert guidance on complex HR matters.
• Drive HR projects and digital transformation, including implementation and optimisation of SAP/SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
• Use HR analytics and data to inform decisions and improve business outcomes.
• Champion safety, ethics and sustainability, complying with SHEQ requirements.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Mali labour law and proven HR business‑partnering and change‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• International exposure through work, study or travel.

• HR analytics and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS).
