Technical Engineer – Inverter Installation & Support (Bamako)

About the role

Growatt is seeking a Technical Engineer to support customers in Mali with the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of its inverter products. The role combines field service, customer training, and spare‑parts management to ensure reliable operation of solar power systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers remotely via email, phone, and messaging apps to resolve installation and commissioning issues.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory and develop effective spare‑parts plans.
• Travel to customer sites in Bamako and surrounding areas to diagnose and repair inverter failures.
• Provide on‑site training to customers once they are familiar with the product.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by leadership, including documentation and reporting.
