Strategic People Partner – HR Leadership

About the role

Wave is looking for a Strategic People Partner to shape the employee experience, drive talent initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to the business. You will combine curiosity, strategic thinking, and hands‑on HR delivery to support growth and development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leads to assess and evolve team structures for collaboration and effectiveness.
• Facilitate organization health reviews using people analytics to identify strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Support managers on change management, team design, and culture alignment as the organization scales.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects that enhance employee experience, performance, and engagement.
• Collaborate with L&D to identify development needs, support individual development planning, and embed learning insights into performance frameworks.
• Partner with leaders on career path mapping, performance review cycles, calibrations, and feedback conversations.
• Build visibility into succession planning and emerging talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for hiring processes.
• Manage internship and rotation programs, from role definition and interview coordination to onboarding and integration.

• Proven ability to partner with business leaders on organizational design and talent management.
• Experience facilitating people‑analytics driven health reviews and change‑management initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive culture alignment.
