Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers via voice calls and live chat. You will use your fluency in French and English to turn customer inquiries into positive experiences while working from your own home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable working independently in a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a laptop/desktop with an i5 processor or higher.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer‑service platforms.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
