Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. In this position you will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues, track orders, and answer product questions while delivering a friendly, empathetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in the support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
