French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support through calls and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on product priorities and updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
