French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will assist customers from French‑ and English‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, ensuring every interaction is professional, clear, and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step toward resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our support system.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with care, professionalism, and patience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
