Licensed Millwright – Production Maintenance

About the role

The Licensed Millwright will report to Maintenance and perform reactive, assigned, and preventative maintenance on all production and supporting equipment within the facility. The role includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, process, automation and HMI system support.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, install, repair, and fabricate machinery, equipment, spare parts, tooling, and change‑parts according to manuals, schematics, blueprints and SOPs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, process, automation and HMI control problems and resolve them using OEM resources.
• Contact manufacturers for technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Perform system support tasks such as temperature controller adjustments, calibrations and preventive maintenance.
• Comply with preventive‑maintenance (PM), SOP, GPP and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required documentation (work orders, PMs, calibration forms, validation documents) to GPP/SOP standards.
• Execute assigned PMs and work orders on schedule.
• Support on‑site contractors for PM or project activities.
• Update the CMMS with accurate information.

Required profile

• Licensed Millwright with experience maintaining production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and automation issues.
