After Sales Service Engineer

About the role

The After Sales Service Engineer provides on‑site technical support for solar inverter installations, ensuring smooth commissioning, troubleshooting, and post‑project performance monitoring. The role involves direct interaction with customers, technical presentations, and continuous feedback for product improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑installation surveys and commissioning activities at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot inverter issues on‑site, analyse project data and generate detailed reports.
• Provide telephonic technical support and maintain accurate project records.
• Collect and analyse inverter generation data for post‑commissioning performance reviews.
• Deliver technical presentations at conferences and product training sessions for customers, both on‑site and remotely.
• Conduct competitor analysis and share key insights with the sales team.
• Follow up promptly on service requests, gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
• Travel within the assigned region as required.

Required profile

• B.E./B‑Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication engineering.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, solar inverters, PV module fundamentals and solar power plant operations.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to join immediately or within 15 days.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure and work closely with customers.
