About the role
The Country Sales Manager will lead GoodWe’s sales activities within the assigned market, driving growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships with distributors, EPC contractors, developers and wholesalers. This role combines strategic market analysis with hands‑on customer engagement to expand the company’s footprint in the solar PV sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and acquire new customers while maintaining long‑term relationships with existing overseas clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits and collaborate on business and product strategies to foster growth.
- Coordinate technical activities, applying deep product and system knowledge to deliver tailored solutions.
- Analyse solar PV market trends, competitor actions and customer feedback to shape responsive strategies.
- Represent GoodWe at industry events, conferences and exhibitions to boost brand visibility.
- Implement channel policies, mediate partner conflicts and ensure policy compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement within the sales organisation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 + years of proven experience in solar product sales within the PV industry.
- Strong business development and negotiation abilities, with a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
- Professional working proficiency in English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Experience working in multicultural, international markets.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of solar inverter and storage system products.
- Ability to analyse PV market trends and competitor activity.
