About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, driving top‑of‑funnel revenue by generating and qualifying leads across international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify key decision‑makers in target accounts worldwide.
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach through cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Qualify prospects using defined methodologies to assess needs, budget and buying readiness.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, call notes and pipeline stages in the CRM.
- Provide feedback on prospect objections, market trends and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development or telesales.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power supply.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
