About the role

Ecoflow is seeking a results‑driven Sales Broker to lead the sell‑in and sell‑through of its portable power stations and related energy solutions across Mali. The role focuses on building a robust distribution network, managing retail relationships, and driving market penetration for Ecoflow’s smart energy products.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and expand Ecoflow’s retail and distribution network within assigned territories.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Drive both sell‑in and sell‑through performance across channel partners.
  • Manage product visibility, merchandising, and stock turnover in partner stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chain stores, distributors, independent retailers, and specialty outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
  • Train retail staff and channel partners on Ecoflow products and value propositions.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Provide timely feedback on market trends, pricing, and customer demands.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and in‑store activations.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 3 years hands‑on sales experience in the solar energy, mobile phone/ICT, or consumer electronics sector.
  • Proven track record managing retail channels and dealer networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets while optimizing stock movement.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and existing relationships with retail partners.
  • Own a personal computer for remote reporting and a private vehicle for field visits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to travel frequently.
