Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, helpful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
