Technical Engineer – Inverter Installation & Support (Bamako)

About the role

Growatt is seeking a Technical Engineer to support customers in Mali with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of its inverter products. The role combines field service, technical troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote assistance (email, phone, WhatsApp) for installation and commissioning issues.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory and develop effective spare‑parts plans.
• Travel to customer sites across Mali to diagnose and resolve inverter failures.
• Deliver product training to customers once familiar with the equipment.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by leadership.
