Senior Sales Operations Manager

About the role

As a Senior Sales Operations Manager you will drive new‑business generation across DEPT®’s EMEA markets. Working closely with sales, marketing and growth teams, you will design and execute outreach campaigns that turn high‑potential prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise LinkedIn and Outreach.io campaigns for targeted prospect lists.
• Support partner, conference and event outreach by creating target lists, drafting copy and coordinating meetings.
• Develop follow‑up strategies, workflows and ABM tactics to nurture prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on campaign themes and engagement ideas.
• Attend industry events, prepare lead materials and represent DEPT®.
• Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) against defined criteria.
• Maintain and clean the Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and dashboard reliability.

Required profile

• Internationally oriented with fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Commercially driven with excellent time‑management and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
