Sales Specialist – Machinery Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to support our regional manager in driving the sales of earth‑moving machinery. The role involves gathering market data, liaising with distributors and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect relevant information and business data to support the regional manager in formulating market plans and overall business arrangements.
• Gather market demand feedback, propose product optimisation suggestions, and ensure smooth information communication between internal and external teams.
• Visit local markets together with distributors to explore and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research locally to identify and develop potential agent partners.
• Supervise the daily operations of all distributor departments, discover problems in a timely manner, submit reports and promote improvement.
• Assist the regional manager in organising brand promotion, exhibitions, advertising and other marketing activities.
• Support the construction of distributor outlets and provide guidance on visual identity design and implementation.
• Coordinate production and logistics arrangements, exchange market information, provide technical support, and maximise the utilisation of the company’s resources.

Required profile

• Over 3 years of experience in machinery sales, with a solid understanding of earth‑moving equipment.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Proficient with common office software.
