Ingénieur Fiabilité – Maintenance Conditionnelle

About the role

The Reliability Engineer will support the Fekola processing plant in Mali by improving equipment reliability, availability and performance. Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Engineer, the role focuses on condition‑based monitoring, data analysis and the implementation of corrective actions to minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor equipment health using condition‑based techniques such as vibration, thermography, oil analysis, thickness measurement and other non‑destructive tests.
• Collect, analyse and interpret performance data to identify trends, failures and root causes.
• Prepare technical reports and recommend actions to enhance reliability and availability.
• Lead root‑cause analysis (RCA) investigations and support the implementation of preventive measures.
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of maintenance strategies, procedures and programmes.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations and Engineering teams and help build technical competence.
• Participate in plant shutdown planning, continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and corporate standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Reliability or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a mineral processing plant maintenance environment.
• Hands‑on experience with vibration analysis, thermography, NDT and thickness measurement.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and condition‑based maintenance strategies.
• Proven ability to analyse equipment performance data and conduct root‑cause investigations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
