French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while delivering a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chat, and email inquiries in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective, customer‑first solutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
