Visiting Expert – EUCAP Sahel Mali 2026

About the role

The European Union Capacity Building Mission in Mali (EUCAP Sahel Mali) is seeking qualified visiting experts to contribute their expertise to the mission’s capacity‑building activities in Mali. The assignment will be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 1 of the call.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support to the EUCAP Sahel Mali mission as defined in the annexed job descriptions.
• Collaborate with mission staff and other experts to implement capacity‑building actions.
• Utilise the recommended equipment listed in Annex 2 while performing the assignment.

Required profile

• Nationality of an EU Member State (or a seconded candidate from a contributing third state).
• Registered profile on the Goalkeeper platform (EU Login required).
• Willingness to work in the locations specified in Annex 1.
