Senior Manager – Digital & AI Consulting

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Digital Consulting and Analytics (VCA) practice across the Central America and Caribbean (Carcam) region. The role focuses on shaping digital evolution strategies, driving AI adoption, and delivering innovative, digital‑native experiences for Visa partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of VCA’s Digital and AI strategy across Carcam countries.
• Build, maintain, and evolve a pipeline of Digital and AI projects aligned with Visa’s strategic priorities.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.
• Develop methodologies and frameworks to assess client digital and AI maturity, define transformation roadmaps, and design implementation plans.
• Guide clients in adopting Visa’s digital assets and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, innovation, marketing, sales, and risk teams to create go‑to‑market strategies.
• Lead the full lifecycle of digital and AI consulting engagements throughout the region.
• Share insights and best practices across Carcam and global markets.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expert in digital transformation and AI with extensive consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects and manage a robust project pipeline.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience in data‑driven strategy and product development.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills to influence senior stakeholders.
