IT Administrator – End‑User & Infrastructure Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Administrator to support and maintain our technology environment in Mali. The role combines end‑user support, network reliability, device management and security compliance, offering the chance to own IT operations and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑line technical support to employees across multiple locations, diagnosing hardware, software, network and application issues.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, printers and other office technology, coordinating with vendors when required.
• Administer collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom, supporting email, file sharing and conferencing.
• Ensure endpoint devices meet security standards, perform patch management, vulnerability remediation and support ISO 27001/NIST compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, administration or network engineering, with proven experience in Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
