Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to create and launch a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform for B2C brands. You will act as a founder‑type leader, leveraging the company’s engineering, design, AI infrastructure and customer base to build a high‑impact venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high‑potential market opportunities.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Define product vision, strategy and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit, lead and grow a multidisciplinary team.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Present progress to founders and executive team.
• Scale the venture to become a standalone business or division.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating structure.
• Passion for customers and building products people love.
• Experience in startups (founder, early employee, product leader, operator or investor) is valued but not mandatory.
