About the role
We are building The Playstack, a platform that powers next‑generation sports, gaming and fan experiences across Europe and Latin America. As a Strategic Marketing Planning Manager you will act as the central hub linking growth, local marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are strategically sound and ready for execution.
Key responsibilities
- Drive cross‑functional alignment to translate commercial priorities into well‑structured, executable marketing campaign plans.
- Partner with Central Growth to challenge assumptions, refine targeting, and define expected impact.
- Synchronise Central Growth, Local Marketing and Central Design on timing, scope and deliverables, leading planning sessions and managing dependencies.
- Prepare high‑quality campaign briefs, clarify objectives, target segments, messaging, KPIs and experimentation frameworks.
- Collaborate with Growth and Analytics to set success metrics, monitor performance, and conduct post‑campaign reviews to capture learnings.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, growth, campaign planning or marketing project management.
- Proven experience working across multiple international markets.
- Background in gaming, gambling, technology or other high‑performance digital environments.
