French-English Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support entirely remotely. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate information and a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
