About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance in French and English through chat and email.
• Resolve customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously.
• Organized, reliable, and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
