System Administrator Intern

About the role

EXPERTS COM is offering a paid internship for a System Administrator in Bamako, Mali. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and from home while gaining hands‑on experience in managing IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with system administration and routine maintenance of servers and workstations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide technical support to users.
• Support network administration tasks, including configuration and monitoring.
• Help ensure the security, efficiency, and productivity of the IT environment.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices is a plus.
