Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist who will handle voice and chat interactions in both Spanish and English. Working remotely, you will support a diverse customer base, ensuring quick and effective resolutions while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound support via phone, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver prompt solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
