Senior Full-Stack Team Lead (.NET & React)

About the role

The client is a global leader in ESG performance and risk management software, building a cloud‑native intelligence layer for sustainability. As a Senior Team Lead you will drive the delivery of high‑velocity features while coaching a squad of 4‑7 engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure a delivery pace of 15+ merged PRs per month.
• Conduct critical code reviews focusing on configuration, typings, and performance‑heavy components.
• Mentor mid‑level engineers through complex migrations such as HttpClient updates and expression system clean‑ups.
• Collaborate with Product Management and ESG consultants to define controls for User Adviser and Navigation Bar components.
• Partner directly with customers to design, co‑develop, debug, and deploy AI‑assisted solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading a development squad (4‑7 engineers).
• Proven ability to act as the technical voice for the team with stakeholders.
• Strong track record of delivering high‑quality, high‑velocity software.
