Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will interact with customers through chat, email and phone, turning inquiries into positive experiences while supporting our e-commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Reliable home office setup: laptop/desktop with i5 or better, high-speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
