Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will help customers in French and English, turning their questions into positive experiences while working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and phone in French and English.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical, order-related or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e-commerce tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
