Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global remote team. You will assist customers in French and English via chat, email, and phone, providing step‑by‑step guidance and ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied, valued customer.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English through chat, email, and calls.
• Provide clear, step‑by‑step solutions for technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
