Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role you will interact with customers via chat, email and phone, turning inquiries into positive experiences while representing our brand worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English through chat, email and calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical, order-related or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar customer-support platforms.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM systems.
