Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences while representing our brand with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with cultural sensitivity and professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
