French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, delivering clear and friendly assistance. This remote role focuses on creating positive experiences and building trust with every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
