Manager – Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) – Core Consulting

About the role

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Manager to lead its Core Consulting Practice across the Caribbean region. You will shape strategy, build a pipeline of consulting services, and deliver high‑impact analytics solutions for issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs and governments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and execute VCA’s regional strategy, identifying and capitalising on market opportunities.
• Create and nurture a business pipeline for Visa Consulting services with key Caribbean stakeholders.
• Develop frameworks, approaches and recommendations to address client challenges and improve performance.
• Produce data‑driven insights, analyses and strategic guidance for client payment P&L priorities.
• Lead complex, bespoke projects, managing timelines, deliverables and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, combining storytelling with analytical insights.
• Partner with VCA peers (Implementation Services, Data Science, Practices) and other Visa functions to leverage global resources.
• Represent VCA publicly through thought‑leadership papers, conferences and seminars.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (MBA, Masters, JD, MD, PhD).
• Preferred: 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s, or 4+ years with an advanced degree.
• Background in a quantitative field such as engineering, economics or computer science.
