Influencer Marketing Specialist – E-Commerce (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to own and execute end‑to‑end influencer programs for fast‑growing e‑commerce brands across health, beauty, fashion, and consumer goods. This fully remote position requires proactive pipeline management, creator outreach, and performance reporting with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Source, vet, and recruit influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube based on brand fit and audience quality.
• Handle cold outreach, follow‑up, and relationship management via email, Slack, Discord, and direct messages.
• Coordinate gifting and product seeding, from address collection to shipment tracking.
• Recruit and manage TikTok Shop affiliates and support affiliate programs using Social Snowball, Impact, or similar platforms.
• Track deliverables, own accountability for creator deadlines, and manage content rights for UGC campaigns.
• Negotiate compensation and gifting packages with creators.
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and pipeline trackers for full campaign visibility.
• Build performance reports covering reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Provide light community management, responding to comments and DMs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or a closely related digital marketing role.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, and Amazon.
• Familiarity with influencer or affiliate tools like Social Snowball, Impact, or ShopMy.
• Comfortable working daily with Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, Canva, and AI tools.
• Strong written communication and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to flag issues early and work independently.
