HSE Clerk – Project Support near Sadiola, Mali

About the role

DRA Global is seeking an organised and reliable HSE Clerk to provide administrative support to a busy project HSE team near Sadiola, Mali. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, documentation and people in a mining or construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the project HSE filing and document control system, ensuring records are accurate and audit‑ready.
• Capture and maintain HSE statistics, performance data and prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports.
• Maintain registers for induction, training, incidents, inspections, corrective actions and audits.
• Assist with HSE meetings, agendas, presentations, attendance registers and minutes.
• Support incident‑reporting administration, investigation records and onboarding documentation.

Required profile

• Malian citizenship with a relevant certificate, diploma or qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HSE administrative or project support role, preferably within mining, construction, engineering or EPCM.
• Basic understanding of occupational health, safety and environmental requirements in a project environment.
• Fluent in English and applicable local languages, and willing to work onsite according to the project rotation schedule.

Required skills

• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
