Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth experiments across multiple channels and work directly with the founder on strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more growth channels end‑to‑end, setting strategy, executing campaigns and delivering results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; discontinue under‑performing tactics and scale winners.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages and continuously optimise conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear stories about performance and learnings.

• Fast learner who can quickly pick up new channels, tools and tactics.
• Strong hunger to become an expert growth marketer.
• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern automation and analytics tools.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to work independently without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data attribution and turning insights into action.
