French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while reinforcing trust in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates, aligning on goals and priorities while working independently.

Required profile

• Full fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
