French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and effective solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries with patience and accuracy.
• Document all interactions in the support system to ensure continuity.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Detail‑oriented, patient, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
