French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering professional, friendly, and accurate assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through phone calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log all interactions accurately in our support platform.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Ability to work from a quiet, dedicated workspace with a stable internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems (preferred).
