French Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote‑first support team. As the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, you will handle inbound calls, live chat, and email, delivering friendly and effective assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in both French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
