Corporate Services Officer

About the role

The Corporate Services Officer will report to the Manager of Rouna Hydro Power and provide comprehensive corporate advice and administrative support to staff and management across the establishment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial, human‑resources and administrative support services.
• Prepare clear reports and documentation to aid decision‑making.
• Manage corporate functions with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure their satisfaction.
• Organise tasks, plan activities and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Diploma in Management, Finance, Human Resource Management or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Proven experience in large commercial industries, providing financial, HR and administrative services.

Required skills

• Competence in relevant computer applications for administrative tasks.
