BTL Officer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and resourceful BTL Officer to coordinate large‑scale below‑the‑line marketing activities for our mobile money platform. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will manage day‑to‑day logistics, support brand activation, and help grow our user base across Mali.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute roadshows, stands, and events in the assigned region.
• Prepare promotional materials, merchandise, and other BTL assets.
• Identify new channels, partnerships, and influencers to expand user acquisition.
• Develop and launch new BTL activations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain visual standards of POS materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Track agent network visibility and collaborate with branding partners, field sales, and network management.
• Receive, dispatch, and inventory marketing supplies to avoid stock‑outs.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and Bambara; English is a plus.
• Work authorization for Mali.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a marketing agency, telecom, payment service provider, FMCG, or financial institution.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to travel frequently within Mali.
