Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Spanish-English Customer Service Specialist to join our TalentPop App team remotely. You will handle inbound calls, chat and email inquiries, providing fast, courteous support to a diverse e-commerce customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via voice, chat and email, delivering high-quality service.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify quick, effective solutions.
• Personalise interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer-service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
