Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our TalentPop App team. You will provide voice and chat support in both Spanish and English, helping a diverse customer base resolve issues quickly and positively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver fast, effective solutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
