About the role

The Social Marketing Agent will work under the supervision of AMS supervisors to improve knowledge, attitudes and practices related to family planning within the Kati health district. The role focuses on increasing the uptake of family planning services and products by creating demand through community engagement and behavior‑change communication.

Key responsibilities

• Promote positive social behavior change regarding reproductive health and family planning.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, district technical partners, and local radio promoters.
• Implement Information, Education and Communication (IEC) and Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) campaigns through household visits and community events.
• Coordinate with ASACO, medical post chiefs, and mobile team staff to facilitate service demand.
• Support the planning and execution of mobile outreach activities.

Required profile

• Experience in community health promotion or social marketing, preferably in reproductive health.
• Ability to build trust with community leaders and local partners.
• Strong communication skills for delivering IEC/SBCC messages.
• Flexibility to work in the field within the Kati district.
