Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Web Analytics Specialist to support strategic decision‑making. You will implement tracking, analyze user behavior, and deliver actionable insights to improve website performance, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze web traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and manage clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, or Tableau to track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
• Regularly audit tracking implementations to detect and resolve data gaps or issues.
• Provide proactive, actionable recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Experience with SQL or data‑visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio) is a plus.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and create data‑driven narratives.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript is highly preferred for tag implementation.
• Stable, high‑speed internet connection with a reliable backup.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
